Return and exchange policies for purchases at Store

1. Return Window

We offer a straightforward return window for eligible products within 7 to 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health safety reasons, intimate wear, opened cosmetics, and personalized customized products cannot be returned unless verified defective upon arrival.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange, navigate to your Orders page, select your order number, or contact customer support with your order reference number and reason for return.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse team, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 3-5 business days.
